I think it’s safe to say that waiting for Google to rank your site well to get traffic is an unpleasant experience. While Google is the biggest dog in the search engine yard currently, there are other creative ways to get traffic to your site.
A recent example of traffic creativity comes from a guy named “Calguy” on Digital Point. He recently started a site called CelebSlam which is getting over 3000 uniques a day.
His secret?
- Post useful comments on high traffic sites/blogs in a similar genre
- Submit your articles to Digg, Fark, etc.
